Strawberry Panna Cotta

I really like it! It's very light and refreshing! I loved it so much... I made it again the next day. The 1st time, I didn't follow the recipie exact and it was more on the watery side.... taste was still great though! The 2nd time.... it was firm and soft.... so yes....follow the recipies....hahaha
3 Cups fresh strawberries hulled and halved (750ml)
1 3/4 cups plain low-fat yogurt (425ml)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (125ml)
1/4 cup milk
1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder (2 1/2 tsp, 12ml)
1/4 cup whipping cream (50ml)
Topping
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered (500ml)
2 Tbsp orange juice (30ml)
2 tsp granulated sugar (10ml)

- Place the strawberries, yogurt and sugar in the blender and process until smooth
- Pour into a medium bowl, set aside
- Pour milk into a small bowl and sprinkle with gelatin power, let stand for a few minutes.
- In a very small saucepan set over medium-high heat, bring the cream to a boil.
- educe the heat to low, add the gelatin mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat
- Combine the cream and strawberry mixture together.
- Pour into six ¾ cup (175ml) custard cups
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 4-6 hours
- In a medium bowl, combin the starberries, orange juice and sugar
- Let stand at room temperature for 15 mintues
- Just before sering, remove the panna cottas from the refrigerator.
- Dip the bottoms of the cups into hot water to loosen, then invert onto dessert plates.
- Spoon some of the strawberry mixture over each and serve immediately
