杏仁瓦片餅乾/Almond Florentines
無鹽奶油 33g -- 融化
糖粉 40g
鹽 少許
蛋白77g
低粉33g
杏仁片100g (也可用南瓜子)
將糖,鹽跟蛋白攪拌均勻
加入麵粉
加入杏仁片
加入溶化的奶油
冰2小時
120 C 烤 10-20 分鐘到變咖啡色,小心別烤焦

melted unsalted butter 33g
icing sugar 40g
salt - pinch
egg white 77g
Cake Flour 33g
Almond slices 100g (you can
substitute
with
Pushkin
seeds as well
Mix sugar, salt and egg white together
Add flour
Add almonds
Add melted Butter
Refregerate for 2 hours
Bake at 120 C till brown, 10-20 min
Make about 12-14
